Born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1991, Burak Kocak is a creative director and product designer. After receiving bachelors degree in Industrial Design from the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, he obtained a master’s degree in Product Design at the Scuola Politecnico di Design in Milan. Driven by a deep appreciation for the intersection of handmade precision and industrial design, his work reflects a harmonious fusion of theory and contemporary culture. His vision and expertise in the field garnered international recognition through numerous prestigious awards, including the German Design Awards, Iconic Awards, Good Design Award, IF Design Award, and Red Dot Design Award.  

 In 2016, he co-founded Epicene, embarking on a new chapter in his career. As part of Epicene, Burak has focused on various creative disciplines such as brand building, product design, manufacturing, graphic design, photography, space design, set design, image making, 3D visualization, and production design. His multidisciplinary approach and diverse skill set enabled him to create captivating designs that seamlessly blend graphical appearance and functional aspect.

Currently, he runs Epicene as the creative director while providing wide array of services from graphic design to consultancy under the name of s246 to brands such as VooStore.
